Bird is the Word - Part IV

Through no fault of my own I have missed posting the last few days. There was some kind of line trouble preventing me from getting online. Now I am back up and running and have a whole bunch of new photos to share with you - but first I will finish my focus on birds with one last post.

There are many more birds that I have photographed. Such as the Robin...
The Finch....
and many more....

Bird is the Word - Part III - The Goose

The goose is one of the easiest birds to photograph. They are large enough that you don't have to get too close - and they are everywhere!
Geese babies are all fuzzy, yellow and cute.
This picture depicts a baby goose from another family wandering too close.

Bird is the Word - Part II - The Duck

Ducks are very skittish creatures. Even with a zoom lens it takes a while to get close enough to photograph them.

Capturing ducks in flight is 50% determination and 50% dumb luck.

Their babies are very tiny and follow their mother everywhere.
